Conditions for the rent

To rent a student apartment you must be under education and 18 years or older.

After finishing your education you can stay in the apartment for three months. Only in special cases can this requirement be changed. Contact the office if you have questions.

The apartment are rented on normal condition after The Danish Tenancy law.

The tenant is fully responsible for the interior maintenance of the apartment.

Painting of doors, windows, interior woodwork and the maintenance of floor is done by Horsens Ungdomsboliger.

All of out apartments allows for up to two tennants.

It's not allowed to have pets in the apartments. It's not allowed to take care of other peoples pets or to have visitors with pets.

We expressly point out, that if you become a tenant with Horsens Ungdomsboliger, you confirm with your signature that all correspondence regarding the tenancy must take place via e-mail. It's totally the responsibility of the tenant, that Horsens Ungdomsboliger always has the correct e-mail address.
